Building Kindling: A Restaurant Website With Real Warmth

First impressions happen online

Before anyone tastes the food, they see the website. For Kindling, a wood-fired kitchen serving stone-baked pizza, smash burgers and slow-roasted plates, the site needed to feel as warm and inviting as the dining room.

Designing with fire and flour

I built the visual direction around the kitchen itself: rich, warm colours, bold typography and generous food photography, finished with smooth, restrained motion that adds atmosphere without slowing anything down.
